Matt joined RGF Staffing UK in June 2023 as Finance Director.
He brings to the business extensive financial experience which will be pivotal to the growth of the business.
Over the years, Matt has gained impressive experience with some huge businesses. He started his career in Private Equity with KPMG before moving into Corporate Finance including time with EY in their advisory team.
His industry experience is broad, including time with Bestway Retail as Head of Commercial Finance and THG as Commercial Finance Director.
Matt chose to join RGF Staffing UK to be part of a company’s ‘journey’ and use his previous experience to help deliver truly exceptional growth through transformation, best practice, and positive leadership.
When not at work, Matt’s committed to his marathon training, balanced nicely with his other passion for eating out around Manchester’s foodie hot spots.
