Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has named Geno Cutolo, CEO Staffmark Group, and Suzanne Perry, CHRO Staffmark Group, to their 2021 Staffing 100 list. Staffmark Group is a proud member of the RGF Staffing family and one of the leading staffing companies in the US. RGF Staffing congratulates Geno and Suzanne with their nominations!

The annual list, now in its tenth year, honors the best and brightest of the industry. Sponsored by Indeed, part of RGF Staffing’s parent company Recruit Holdings, it includes men and women who are shaping the future of workforce solutions.

Geno Cutolo

Geno Cutolo has been named to the Staffing 100 for five consecutive years. As CEO of Staffmark Group, one of his top priorities is to create a work culture that embraces transparency and innovation. He focuses on open and honest communication with his team, while also soliciting their creative ideas and feedback. This was especially apparent during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through every twist and turn, he kept his team informed, motivated, and engaged so that they could continue to serve their talent and clients, many of whom provide essential services. Geno is proud of how his team is stepping up: “We aren’t sitting back and waiting for things to happen; we’re making them happen!”

Suzanne Perry

Suzanne Perry served as chief human resources officer for Staffmark Group for nearly two decades. In this time, she has spearheaded digitalization initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and a number of HR strategies and implementations, including a sustainability program that focuses on diversity and inclusion. In 2020, Perry added crisis management to her role, taking responsibility for protecting the health and safety of Staffmark Group’s internal and external workforce. She led efforts to seamlessly move over 400 locations to nearly 100% remote operations. Once businesses began to reopen, she quickly switched gears to prepare safe, compliant return-to-work processes and support.

The CSI Companies and Staffmark Group, staffing brands and both member of RGF Staffing, have been awarded ClearlyRated’s 2021 Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Awards for providing superior service to their clients and talents. The award winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings provided by their clients and candidates.

Diamond Level Status

Both companies earned at least five years in a row the Best of Staffing Award, giving them the Diamond Level Status. CSI Financial earned the Best of Staffing awards for both candidate and client satisfaction for the second year in a row. CSI Professional has earned the Best of Staffing awards since 2013 while CSI Tech has earned the Best of Staffing awards since 2014, keeping their Diamond status at 2021. Staffmark Group earned 18 Best of Staffing Awards, including five at the Diamond Award level.

Rob Zandbergen is Managing Corporate Executive Officer at Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. and the head of Recruit group’s global staffing business unit, RGF Staffing. With annual revenue of approximately 12 billion US dollars, RGF Staffing is one of the world’s leading HR service providers, headquartered in the Netherlands.

Previously, Rob was CEO and CFO of the publicly listed USG People. He has been active in the staffing sector since early 2003. Under his leadership, the staffing business of Recruit and the activities of USG People were successfully combined in a global business unit as part of the Recruit group network. Rob: “I am passionate about further developing our industry and growing the position of RGF Staffing in the current times in which people and technology can create even greater value.”

Jennifer Prospero, Stacey Lane and Emily Giltner have been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2020 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list, which celebrates the most influential women in staffing. Giltner, Lane and Prospero work for Staffmark Group, a member of RGF Staffing. RGF Staffing is proud that the three have been awarded. We consider diversity and inclusion of paramount importance. Our local operating companies all contribute to this commitment.

It’s the sixth year SIA has released the Global Power 150 Women in Staffing List. “The list highlights 100 women from the Americas and 50 globally who have made significant contributions to the success of their companies and the ecosystem. These are women who are making a difference by building new companies, products, divisions and creating a future of work where women and men can thrive”, the organization writes.

Emily Giltner

Emily GiltnerEmily Giltner is senior VP of enterprise operations at Staffmark Group. She began her career with Staffmark Group as a recruiter 30 years ago. Today she heads the enterprise operations department, supporting the field organization in technical solutions, processes, and initiatives.
Many of these solutions became the backbone of Staffmark Group’s strategy during the pandemic. While she is driven by technology, she is focused on people: “The thing that I like best about my role is the diversity of people that I get to work with, including our field and corporate team members, temporary talent, and clients.”

Stacey Lane

Stacey LaneStacey Lane is executive VP of field operations and responsible for leading field teams and developing innovative staffing strategies for its commercial line of business. Prior to COVID-19, Lane was a self-proclaimed “road warrior,” visiting hundreds of branches and client locations across the U.S. each year. For a period of time that came to a halt, yet Lane found new ways to connect and challenge her teams.
Lane says, “This is not a job for me; it’s my life’s work. After 20 years in the staffing industry, I’m still excited about this company and this industry. I look forward to continuing the journey and working with our team to impact more lives.”

Jennifer Prospero

Jennifer ProsperoCFO Jennifer Prospero joined Staffmark Group 16 years ago to be a
part of an organization and industry that changes lives. While she is responsible for all financial aspects of the organization, she says that she is most fulfilled by building relationships: “I’ve never sought out to be a behind-the-desk accountant. I want to build relationships and
make a difference in others’ lives. While numbers drive the business, people drive the numbers – and I welcome any opportunity to connect and help our others reach their goals.”

‘Instrumental in managing recent changes’

RGF Staffing is pleased to announce that Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has named two of Staffmark Group executives to the 2020 40 Under 40 list: Julie Litteral, VP of field human resources, and Justin McCollum, director of sales. The list, now in its third year, recognizes rising stars in workforce solutions who are moving the industry forward.

Accomplishments

Litteral is vice president of field human resources for Staffmark Group, a family of staffing brands. Over the past 12 years, she
has served in a number of roles and leadership positions within the staffing industry, including branch operations, corporate training, recruiting, and human resources. Throughout her tenure with Staffmark Group, she has maintained a focus on human resources and has received countless promotions, a testament to her hard work and drive to succeed.

“Julie is one of our executive team’s most trusted advisors who faces every challenge with determination, and she has built high-performing teams that support the future growth of our company”, said Cutolo. “She believes that people are our most valuable resource, and that’s evident in the work she does each and every day for Staffmark Group.”

Prior to joining Staffmark Group, McCollum built a large book of business with a local staffing agency in Texas. He joined Staffmark Group to transition to strategic staffing and make an impact on a national level. He was initially hired to manage onsite staffing programs and was quickly promoted to sales director of Advantage xPO, a Staffmark Group company, selling MSP, BPO and RPO solutions.

Cutolo noted, “Justin is a determined, disciplined, and compassionate individual, and he pushes himself to excellence like no one else I know. He consistently produces results that exceed our expectations, and he’s regularly one of our company’s top performers. Justin has a heart for helping others, personally and professionally, and he strives to make a difference each and every day.”

SIA’s 2020 40 Under 40 list includes individuals from a variety of industry segments who are making an impact. It is not a ranking but a recognition of professionals from companies operating in the US who stand out as industry leaders. The honorees will be recognized in print in the May/June 2020 issue of Staffing Industry Review magazine.

Bright Plus awarded for the eighth time

How the list is compiled

The list of best employers is compiled annually by the Great Place To Work® Institute based on an in-depth analysis of the corporate culture and the level of trust between employer and employees. Two-thirds of the overall score is determined by the staff while one-third is based on a detailed analysis of the HR policy and corporate culture by the Great Place To Work® Institute.

Accomplishments

Since joining the company in 1998, Cutolo has united two national staffing companies with twelve specialty brands to form Staffmark Group. Most recently, he spearheaded an internal contest that led to the launch of a mobile recruiting vehicle, and he oversaw the integration of the separate brands’ front- and back-office systems into one system. He is currently working with his team to launch a fully integrated, end-to-end native app that enables employees to apply, get hired, and schedule themselves for shifts.

“It’s no longer about the talent gap but the talent crisis,” said Subadhra Sriram, editor and publisher, media products, SIA. “In this economy, creating new models of work and placing people in them is challenging to say the least. The Diamond Award distinguishes companies who have earned the Best of Staffing Award for at least 5 years in a row. CSI Professional and CSI Tech have earned the Best of Staffing awards since 2013.
